Paying a Lump Sum Benefit

The documents to be prepared will vary depending on whether the benefit is to be taken in cash or rolled over.

The service provided by PSS where appropriate includes:

  • Statement to Member
  • Rollover Statement for rollover fund
  • Calculation of tax to be deducted
  • PAYG Payment Summary Superannuation Lump Sum Form

What you need to do?

To enable a self managed superannuation fund to correctly document and report to the ATO the commencement of a lump sum benefit, please complete the Lump Sum Benefit Payments form and e-mail this to us.
