Kendra McKay

“PARTNERS Legal has enabled me to work personally with over 100 clients, diversifying their portfolios, by using a combination of their Superfunds and gearing to get onto the property ladder. Simplifying a complex and heavily regulated area, and assisting clients to realise the long term value and benefits of Instalment Warrants, is really rewarding. So too, is the phone call advising them that we have just settled an investment property that will see them through their retirement!”

Kendra McKay (LL.B., BA. Major in Sociology / Minor in Criminology) combined from both Auckland University and Monash University. Kendra is also duly admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in both Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining PARTNERS Legal in September 2008, Kendra worked in the Property Development division of a major FMCG retail chain across Australia and New Zealand.

Kendra has experience in advising, drafting, negotiating and settling on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Her practice covers transferring property into superannuation funds, and more specifically Instalment Warrants. Kendra also prepares documents to accompany these transactions including loan agreements, guarantees and indemnities, leases, co-ownership agreements, contracts, joint ventures and development agreements.
